An exhibition of recent works, limited edition prints, artist books and monoprints by Meredith Macleod
Put simply: art is something I cannot not do. The backbone to my creative practice is a dedicated commitment to a sound drawing discipline with a particular emphasis on life drawing. Drawing the human form and exploring the psychological components of human nature provide the most challenging yet rewarding components of my practice. The processes developed through a disciplined drawing practice are then transformed into the process of intaglio printmaking, monoprinting/collagraphs and artist books.
